What did you do with the ship wreck lot on the island?

I turned it into a nightclub. I didn't change much above ground, just added a bonfire and some benches.

I found a nice beach house vacation home on gallery full of Sulani things, made it generic lot hoping to use it in games where my sims don't live there, in other games not sure yet

I was thinking about that but I decided I wanted to keep the place quiet and serene (ish). I am going to change the Bar into a Karaoke bar, I think, but that's it.

I removed the basement because I wanted a minimal lot for my homeless sim. He's a genius who's fallen on hard times and does odd jobs to get by. He pees in a bush, showers in the rain or waterfall.

Made it into a park because I needed kids to spawn in the world, and beaches didn't seem to do it.

Currently I have two mermaids living on the lot. I might redesign it though.
