I keep wondering how units work whether they are equipped or empty.
If you rent out a unit fully equipped, will it bot be messed up when tenants buy more furniture? But, if you rent out an empty unit, will the rent to bay (your income) be drastically reduced? Or perhaps tenants will be less interested in an empty unit?
I do have some houses for rent today, and I normally go by one of these:
1. Fully equipped, but nothing that can be put in a personal inventory. Tenant can only add interior if items come from personal inventory. When leaving, all items that can go into personal inventor shall be removed.
2. Empty except from kitchen counter, fridge, stove, toilet, sinks. Ceiling lamps and wall lamps might follow too. When tenant leaves, the same essentials must be left in the flat.
I have absolutely no ide if either of these methods will work in For Rent.
