What Happened to my Butler?? Need Help Please.

This has happened to me a lot! The first time I thought it was funny, and as I was thinking of firing the current butler I didn't mind, but now it happens every few days. I've found that forcing the new one to leave (mcc cheat) will bring in a different butler, usually my old one. Sometimes though, I need to fire the new butler and restart the service, then my old butler (usually) shows up. I've managed to keep Dolly for quite some time that way, but it does take some work.
