What have you done with Don Lothario?

Deleted him. I usually get rid of all EA Sims to replace them with my own or ones I've downloaded.

I never really played Don, but at some point I kicked him out of Caliente household. He got a child with Olivia Kim-Lewis when I tried MCC and because I didn't know it was his child I made him get another child with one of my townies. Then he spent the rest of his days as Phoebe Landgraab's boy toy, because Malcom Landgraab threatened to do horrible things to him if he didn't date his little sister. In the end, Don ended up to like Phoebe, though initially he wasn't interested.

As a side note, I love both of his kids and the teen boys are living together now :)

In my game Don is simply another townie, which I let MCCC do it's thing with. One or three of my played sims might have...done some flirting once or twice with him. To a few others he is a workout buddy - and not in that way! ...Or well maybe that too. I don't judge my sims workout methods.
I did notice one time that mccc had given him quite a big change in his life. Like, giving one of the Caliente's triplets (Can't remember which), then some other townie woman got a child with him aswell. While he had moved far from Oasis Springs and settled in an apartment in San Myshuno all by his lonesome. That's what happens when you don't use protection Don!

I never played him intensively, but he lives with Katrina & Nina Caliente and have a teen child with each of them. Don is an elder by now. Especially his son with Katrina looks good enough to become the next don juan...

MCCC tends to match him with Judith Ward, so he usually marries her and they end up with a few kids.

I have done nothing with him so far but when I eventually get around to it I plan to just keep him where he is with the Caliente ladies.

I haven't played him in a while. The last time that I did I moved him in with Partihaus and he was dating Eva Capricciosa but he was cheating on her with Nina.

He's one of my favorite premades. I never cared for him until I played his character to complete the serial romantic aspiration. After he got it completed I decided to continue playing with him because it was so much fun. I gave him new goal, to impregnate all the possible premades and townies. It was great until half of his children got culled (it was back when I had no idea that it can happen). I got so upset that I deleted that save.
I got very attached to his character and nowadays I usually use him as a friend (or a "friend with benefits") to my Sims on most of my saves. I've also decided that when I will get my 100 baby challenge ready I'm gonna do a male version of it with Don. This time I will make sure that his children aren't going to disappear.

In most of my games he's either a random townie who either ends up as a bartender or gym trainer (or I delete him when I don't want premades in my save).
But, I have played Don, for a male 100 baby challenge. He seemed like the perfect guy for it.
He achieved his goal of fathering 100 babies (and leaving their mothers to take care of them) before he turned into an elder. He then lived long enough to get famous as a lifestyle vlogger (super dubious with his history, but whatever) and become a global superstar.

In my save he was forced to leave town in disgrace after peeing himself at the Romance Festival.
