What have you guys built in Magnolia Promenade?

I am one of those simmers who prefers their game to be a little more uniform. I like it when houses in a certain neighbourhood match their styles.
So far i've completed San Myshuno, Willow Creek and Oasis Springs and am working on Magnolia Promenade.
I am completely stuck on what to build. What style of shop would go there?! I've tried multiple different styles and nothing seems to fit the area.
If anyone could post pictures of their Magnolia Promenades for inspiration that would be amazing, i'm just so stuck at the moment!

    Sometimes I use it as a downtown district with a couple different entertainment things to do like others have said, but in my current save I think I'm just going to make it a deadspace where I make unplayed sims for my actually played sims to interact with so they can finally make new friends lol... I also like to use it this way because it's like controllable NPCs, like I will go in and get some sims pregnant or change their relationships and then dip.

    For the longest time I didnt play in Magnolia but I finally got around to rebuilding.

    Mine's got:
    - Massive four level Gym
    - Seafood restaurant (with aquarium walls as my pièce de résistance ;) )
    - Italian restaurant with an underground cinema for date nights/group outings
    - Lounge bar with bowling and skating

    I built specialized club houses / hangouts. I had a hard time remembering to use it when I had anything else there.

    I put some lots from the gallery to turn it into a "high-end" community, if that makes sense. I put an Arts Center, residential lot, left the largest store alone, and a cafe. I'm going to have a rich sim move there when I get to playing that save again.

    I’ve never done anything with it either and I love all these ideas!! I was thinking of turning it into an entertainment district, since I read somewhere that an ice rink spawns there. I think I’ll ad a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurant and big park for toddlers and kids with a little section for dogs too.
