- Beardedgeek72New SpectatorThere was also a bug for a long time that made non-player vampires forget they're vampires and for example order food at food stalls and then throw up. And then order more food. That seems fixed now.

My played vampires will autonomously make and eat food then throw up so I think there are similar issues still.
Oh and at one point MCCC moved Vlad into Oasis Springs in my game (he married a townie who lived there). He was fine. Doesn’t matter where they are so long as they’re inside during the day. Actually, now he’d be fine outside in the day too if he put up an umbrella.
For me they never order food anymore.
However it seems only played (As in in active household) take burn damage if wearing an umbrella. It seems it slows down burn damage with about 50%, while vampires in households not currently playing have 100% sun resistance if using an umbrella. - Can I make him human again so he will not be affected by the sun ever again?

1) Reach Vampire Lore lvl 15 (max)
2) Harvest 10 Garlic, 10 Wolfsbane, and 10 Plasma Fruit (easiest to find them growing in Forgotten Hollow neighborhood area)
3) Click on a bar to Make Drink --> The Ultimate Vampire Cure, which requires the ingredients above
4) Have the vampire you want cured drink it
If the goal is only to make him sun resistant, you could just make a power resetting drink instead; it's a lower level recipe, and it lets you invest some of the points into having full sun resistance while still keeping him a vampire.
That also is an alternative option. - I don't think he'll roast like a turkey he's too much resistant to be killed.

@Magdaleena how do you make power resetting drink? is it only a mixology or bartending skills required? does your vampire drink it before or after getting out into the sun?"Magdaleena;c-16704586" wrote:

You need no mixology skills involved; just max lvl Vampire Lore and the option will pop-up on any bar when making a drink. - Magdaleena96Seasoned Newcomer

@bootsguy
I would hope you'd drink it before going out into the sun, haha. It would be a little hard to drink anything while you're busy getting roasted outside. :D
The same goes for the vampiric sunscreen, your vamp should really drink that before stepping outside. To prepare, you know.
I should note that the sunscreen is only temporary, but it's something to use until you're able to go for the power reset potion.
The power resetting drink is called Draught of Reconfiguration!
No mixology/bartending skill required.
All you need is a vampire lore skill at 14 (don't worry, this skills up FAST), a fair amount of simoleons (1000 I think?), and certain ingredients that you'll see for yourself when you get there. I don't remember them right now, and the wiki doesn't tell us anything. "Simsophonique;c-16704936" wrote:

Want to bet? He and one of my sims became friends and he invited her to have breakfast at a cafe which only had tables outside. He stayed there and burned to a crisp and died. I had not planned on killing him so I just exited out but he can be killed.
