I think maybe it's cause of how the game is set up around them. Like it seems like a match that is meant to be. I had Siobhan marry another sim and for a while I kinda of regretted it. I considered her divorcing so she could be with Sergio. The only thing that stopped me was that I felt bad about it. :D
