What Lot Type Should My Skate Ring Be?
I want for sims to be able to eat food as well as skate.

Sims get dine out invites fairly often which would boost the opportunities to visit the lot. As far as I know generic lots don't get any visitors and that's why I wouldn't pick it.
No idea about public lots, but my family uses their own backyard one on their residential lot autonomously all the time
