THING, I feel like the devs are trying to avoid using the word pack, either because it's not a pack or because it's a very special pack, or maybe it's just a stuff pack so they're keeping it vague to keep up excitement.

Easy. They cannot confirm anything. They are simply not allowed to, so they have to make their statements as neutral as possible.

If only we had a quarterly teaser.. time is dragging on.

Well little over one month to go..

I think it's a bit of a stretch but it would be awesome for there to be open neighborhoods, but it'll probably be an expansion pack. (As long as it's not online stuff I'll be fine)

I am guessing it is a sp and announcement of extending Sims 4. I do not believe many of those things listed are even possible in the Sims 4 between the design of this game and the important elements to create those things being missing in the game engine and basegame - none of which could be just patched in. The game would need a total remake from ground up to empliment many of those things on the list and probably a different engine design on top of that.

This does not help any, it just gets those of us who are skeptical, even more so.

Well it confirms that nothing will be released before EA Play (I doubt they’d let people play something that’s already released). If whatever that’s playable at EA Play is a game pack or a stuff pack then we won’t hear any news until early June at the earliest as those packs are only announced 1-2 weeks before release. The only way that we’d get any news before June is that a new EP is playable at EA Play.

So don’t expect news anytime soon unless you think a new EP is coming.

Yeah, I'm in the minority thinking it's not a pack.

If it’s not a pack then it would be free. I doubt they have enough resources to release something major for free. They haven’t released anything noteworthy for free since the toddler update, and given the recent budget cut news it’s even less likely now.

Honestly I'm just expecting them to give us the least popular option because of the way they handle feedback. Or it could be VR because that's kinda like an experience.

I'm going with the safest option ..Seasons. It would be interesting to see some of these other things be announced though.

When I think of the word experience I think of user experience which makes me then think of online/multiplayer and I really hope that's not the case. I'm really hoping for a new EP, we need more content.

Maybe it's a "My Second Pet Stuff" SP...
