What's the point of EA giving us those polls and surveys!?

Evidently, they aren't even paying attention to the responses they've received from them, so what's even the point!? Why send them out in the first place!? Never once in ANY of the polls we've gotten ...

It wasn't in a survey that I know of but there was a question about "what brands would you like the Sims 4 to collab with" and many people typed in star wars then judging by comments I saw. That being said.. All these surveys were just a few months ago.. Early 2020 I think for that one.. I think it takes longer to make a pack so it was prob in the works before people asked anyways. Same as the winter pack I suspect is coming.
