Same here. For my sims it's typical that they will move one or two times during their life. But one of those could be when they move out of their childhood home and for that one they'll only pack their personal stuff that goes in inventories. However it's not uncommon that they would also move to a new neighbourhood as a household. For a bigger move I would go through the house and manually sell everything they don't want to keep or leave behind, then the rest gets packed into their household inventory or sold (left in the house) when they move away. I like the real estate agency ideas, especially taking pictures of the available houses. Not sure if I would start something like that, but gonna keep it in mind, maybe! :)
