When are they going to fix the NAP issues and other gameplay issues that are plaguing Eco Living?

I had major problems with NAPs in my game. I had several NAPs going at once in every neighborhood. I tried gameplay fixes, cheats, and mods, but nothing worked. Finally I tried the updated version of Civic Policy Tweaks, and I can play again!

I had tried the first version, but it didn't solve anything for me. The second version worked like a charm! :)
