Where is a red buoy at in Sulani?
Doing an odd job. I don't know where it is, my sim lives by a green buoy. I can't avoid to waste time because I want to earn a laptop before I get Thursday.

- If you go to the empty beach lot in Mua Pel'am, there's one right outside there, towards the outer edge. It's the only one I've found so far. Don't think Ohan'ali Town has one, don't know about the third neighbourhood as I haven't spent much time there.
