Where's My Notebook?

I know there is a notebook on the computer, but is that the only spot? I'm out on location, asking about a suspect and than I'm suppose to make an arrest based on those answers which are to be found in my notebook. I'm wondering if I have to run back to the station and check the computer, or if I have a notebook on my sim somewhere so I can check it and make my arrest.

It had details of the suspect in it... red head, female, etc.

I still cant find the notebook. I opened up my cell phone and looked all over. I'm missing it. Help me!

I can't find it. Can someone direct me where or smthg? Maybe put up a picture please.

Open your phone up and at the VERY TOP there are two icons that are way above the menu. I think it's the one on the left, but scroll over them and the name will come up.
