I say Movie Theatre; I bought the Movie Hangout Stuff pack intending to do that, but, unfortunately, it wasn't an option.
Seems really weird that when you hover over items from the pack in Build/Buy, it gives a stat on profit % increase when you can't plumming own a theatre at all! :s :s
I'm still really angry about this.
