Which Island Living Pack is better Sims 4 or Sims 3?

Island Paradise for Sims 3 was incredible. I don't have Island Paradise for The Sims 4 but from what I've been hearing, Island Paradise is way more immersive and expansive.

From my understanding, Island Living should have been a Game Pack.
