Park, Vet Clinic, Bar/Nightclub - in roughly that order
Park - I frequently will send the kids to a park to meet/play with other kids, especially when I'm working on their Social Aspiration
Vet Clinic - This one is kinda a cheat, since I tend to have pets (usually cats) and they will need care from time to time
Bar/Nightclub - I have these two conflated, because when I need my adults to socialize, I'll choose whichever of these better suits the personality of the sim going.
