3. Game Pack 01: Happy Haunts (because that needs to be a game pack)
4. Game Pack 02: Romance/Wedding stuff
5. Expansion Pack 01: Generations
6. Expansion Pack 02: Farming (If we get this, I'm making a Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons save, and you can't stop me. :p )
I'd also like a retro stuff pack, and @DaWaterRat's Into the Woods idea sounds pretty good too.
