Maybe added packs combo alters this a bit, but in Parenthood there is a wall object (family "command center") where you can decide what the curfew shall be. We still miss the police in this, though. Or did Strangerville Police do something about this? I don't have Police n my game, onlt the Detectives, who couldn't care less about curfews ;) I agree that such details are fun!
