Why is Planning a wedding so limited?
My sims were throwing a wedding. The plan event is nice in many ways, especially with Season's calendar feature. But (especially for weddings) this could have been so much better! The guest list is...

I've thought this aspect of the game needs further development since I started playing. I figured some sort of pack would be on the way but that hasn't materialized. It seems like a ripe subject for it.
At this point, I think romance, weddings, relationship drama, dating, animations, etc, are a bit stale and need expansion. This could be a pack with some free aspects patched to everyone such as giving everyone slow dancing.
I get that it's a slightly sensitive subject because there are so many different opinions but something should happen. Maybe put the "steamier" stuff in a pack so that people can opt in or out. I'm not asking for ... mods that cannot be named ... but just fresher and more realistic animations along with more development in the subject area because it is actually lacking for a lot of us.
Other versions had more, even TS1. TS1 was kind of hilarious about it all.
Some of this could help to give sims more personality instead of all reacting similarly.
