Why is there a demand for Bunk Beds & spiral staircases

My couple residing the smallest Fashion District apartment had two sets of twins during two years. So, just ask them whether they would prefer to have bunkbeds in their only available room for the kids, rather than replacing the kitchen counter with a bed. With bunkbeds there would even be freed up floor for one toy!
