Why is there a demand for Bunk Beds & spiral staircases

From what I’ve seen, some of the major requests we currently have for content in Sims 4 are: - Bunk beds - Spiral staircases I don’t really understand the hype for these items, I wouldn’t be...

I recall using bunk-beds to make student houses somewhat bigger than they actually were in TS3. They were convenient.
