Why won't father winter give gifts to toddlers?
I'm just really confused. Of all the sims in the game to not give gifts to, the little ones? Its weird that they can ask for presents and never get one and so they always have terrible holidays!

Charmer tods wont have this problem, but all those that have the interaction "talk with stranger" will need to be talking to father winter for a bit first before they are able to ask for a present. Still I think so far in my game they've always gotten presents.
