None of them are great. The first one is only one I’d even consider. The others have an i3 and integrated graphics respectively.
You won’t be running on ultra, even with the first one. And that one only has a 256 GB SSD, which might become a concern.
If you can push your budget a little further, look for an i5 (the Ryzen 5 is okay) and a GPU in the GTX 1050 range.
