Word of Advice . . .

If your Sim is up for a Starlight Accolade, and you forget that when your Sims' son needed a microphone for an announcement right after he placed his Tile on the Avenue of Stars . . . it's a good idea to remove that extra microphone before you leave the lot. My Sim was sitting in chairs awaiting the start of the show, yet he and his wife were the only ones in the third-floor studio, when the notice popped up that another Sim had won an award. 😮 Say, what? Nobody's here.

All I could think of was, which new mod or piece of cc is interfering, now? I decided to exit without saving, the only rational thing to do, when on my way to the ground floor, I stopped to remove the microphone the other star was standing before receiving her award. That's when it hit me. It's a little like having more than one wedding arch on the same lot. IT MALFUNCTIONS.

So, just keep in mind if you play Get Famous, not to leave another microphone on a different portion of the same lot. You can have two, so long as they're both on the stage. There, I have done my good deed for the day, Carry on . . .
