As stated by some, this cheat doesn't work very well and is buggy. For example, it doesn't always show that there is another job the Sim must go to. Sometimes the extra job description box disappears altogether in the middle of gameplay which is frustrating. Additionally, the player has to make sure one job doesn't clash with the other job's schedule of work in terms of hours or days. Hopefully, the game runners will make it possible to work more than one job without a need for a cheat code and add player controlled hours.
