Third option: Throw Sims 4 into the fire and wait for Sims 5.
I don't think we will see a TS5 for a long time, if at all. If it does show up I doubt I'd buy it as I've been loosing interest in the game for a while. I still keep buying all the EP's, GP's, etc. Not the kits though, only a few.
