The teens are fine the way they are. They would have to be in an entirely new asset category in CAS if they were shorter, and then we'd have literally a million posts about how they never get anything in packs, just like we do now for kids and toddlers. They probably wouldn't be able to pose in photos with YA's, adults, elders or kids, just other teens...and for what? What actual value does it add to the game? Heck my son was taller than me at 13. Teens aren't necessarily shorter than adults. Shorter teens add no real gameplay value, I'd really rather devs not spend time and money on it.
