Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

OTHER I enjoy the SPs for the most part. The worlds are getting smaller and smaller, if we get them at all. I was truly disappointed in IL. This should have been a GP, rather than a full-blown EP. What I would love to see, is more empty worlds such as Newcrest where we can fill them up as we please.
