I'm a Sims 3 player who decided to take the plunge and buy the digital deluxe. We'll see. :)

@KevinL5275 Awesome! I'm sure you'll love it! Let us know what you think. I would recommend tacking on one or two of the Expansion packs &/or stuff packs, as many are 40% off, which is a fantastic deal. This thread has some information about what people recommend about various packs - though it was posted before Get Famous, and Get Famous is also nice if it's features appeal to you. I was paying $5 monthly subscription on Origin for Sims 4 and other games. I bought the Sims game outright when I saw a good sale (apparently it got better!) Now I can get rid of the subscription since I rarely play the other games :)

I managed to get the base game for just over £5 in the save30 sale as I also had Origin discount. I've now purchased 3 expansion packs in this sale and cancelled my sub with Origin. Absolutely love Sims 4 and would highly recommend buying Seasons, Get to Work and City Living!
