"Yay", bug from 2017 still in the game - Talking toilet permabuzz

However not only am I severely disappointed that a bug that has been around for that long still is open, but I have some findings:
Kids.
It was when a kid used the toilet the problem started. I have played this house with four talking toilets for over a week, IRL time. But as soon as one of the toddlers aged up and used a toilet? Instant permabuzz. Restarting the game, noise gone. Adult using toilet? No issue. Kid using toilet, buzzing starting again.
Long story short I had to delete all talking toilets. It sucks to have to do a normal boring toilet, but I cannot stand the Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz all the time. So, maybe someone should fix this eventually?
