- Nah, I started 3 of my sims as a scientist and they all went but the other 2 werent there
- I've only had two work together by accident or maybe a bug (I'd like it to happen by design though). Basically I had a mother and daughter both doctors, with the mother further in the career (her daughter was a teen when she started) and when I went to work with the daughter on her mother's day off the mother appeared as an assistant so I was able to control her and since she had all her GP level interactions I actually had two people working for a change (The assistant's role remained unfilled and I didn't seem to be able to direct mother to work at the desk anyway when I checked out of curiosity).
The second time mother was called to be an assistant was for about two hours before her shift started, just long enough to repair an x-ray machine and admit a patient before she went to the sidewalk to 'go to work' herself. She stood there for a while before vanishing though.
I really wanted to be able to have control of both of them at the hospital when they were scheduled on at the same time and have control of multiple actives in any career at the same time as well so I wish this were possible on purpose. - If you have Sims in the same career in different households, would they meet at work or is just the NPCs who turn up at the workplace?
- You can do that, but you can't play an active work day for both at the same time.
Usually I meet the other Sim at work as a colleague. - I was also wondering that. Like let's say you have two sims at detective career who are same level, start work at same time, can you go to work with both of them on the work lot?
- Yeah, I had two doctors in a household. When you go to work with one of them, the other one doesn't show up, even as an NPC. Well, no, one time the other person did show up as an NPC for a shift change, but they got stuck on the sidewalk and couldn't move or do anything and their needs went into the toilet and they got really mad. I've only had that happen once, though.
- I have a Sims from two different households in my current police careers that's nice, but i don't think you can play more than one at one time!

I have two sims I assigned to the Police career (Mulan and Phobeus). The brother of my current sim in my main household-is in the police career. I know that a relative of hers is co-workers with John Smith-he (the relative not John Smith) delivered her when she was born. A daughter of John Smith is also in the medical career. Also Another relative of Diana is her boss at the police house. "Graycat2000;13584283" wrote:

Yes! They become useless like the other co workers thought!- I have a husband and wife that are both doctors, but they work slightly different shifts...and somehow they work at different hospitals that look identical! (sarcasm) :p
