Your experiences when lagging while trying to travel

Now sometimes when you click on your phone, ask to travel, and choose what Sims to travel with, there's a delay with entering the loading screen. It's a loading into the loading screen, just so you can choose where you want to travel (the gym, bar, whatever). Now, in the period of time, depending on what speed you may have left the time on (1x, fast forward, super fast forward/reverse time when you go back), your Sim/s may continue to perform actions outside of your control.

Question is, "What sort of actions have they done during this lag?".
