I wanna know how you guys play with your toddlers/children! what's their routines? Bath time? breakfast/lunch/dinner time? Nap time? sleep time? :D add pictures of them if you'd like!!My current family; Dad, Daughter (child), Daughter (Toddler) (Mom divorced dad so dad kicked mom out! she didn't want the kids *Real party animal*)So sense the dad has always taken care of the kids here is their routine (including the child's!)Raven(Toddler/Daughter)-----------------------------Wake up; 7:15-8;15.Potty/Bath time.Breakfast; 8;30 | 10;55.Learning time!; 9;20 - 11;30Free time(Dolls, Tablet, ect); 11;40 - 2;50.Family time(Hugs, Talking, ect.); 2;50 - 4;00. Juice! 4;00 - 4;30.Free time before dinner; 4;30 - 5;30.Dinner; 5;30 - 6;30.Potty time! 6;30 - 7;00.Sleep/Bed Timestory!(Story everynight!) *Gets in bed* 7;20 Sleeps -> 7;50.Same routine, sometimes she'll get to bed late and sleep in so the schedule is a tad behind but it all works out the next day! (: --------------------------------Stormyy(Child/Daughter)--------------------------------Wake up; 7;30.Showers.Breakfast; Usually skips and heads to school.Grade School; 8;11-3;11.Skills; 3;20 - 5;30.Dinner; 5;30 - 6;20.Bathroom time while dad puts sister to sleep.Homework; 8;00 - 8;50. with help from dad! (everynight.)Free time with dad; 9;00 - 10;00.Sleep; 10;20.That's the Kids routine! (Dad never has any free time! M routine: age them as fast as possible because they are annoying to play, but I like to see people playing with them

I tend to structure the kids lives so that they have time to work on skills and still have playtime. In my toddlers test family, the mom gets up around 7-8am. As soon as they get home from school they're marched to the kitchen table to do their homework.After homework and extra credit are done they take their baths and wash up for dinner. Dinner is usually on the table by 6:30-7. After dinner (depending on the day) they're either allowed to play or they're sent to the basement music room to practice their instruments of choice until bedtime.Weekends are a bit more lax, but I still expect the kids to work on skills. If all of their homework is done and I feel they have been productive that week they can hang out with friends (not to say they done during the week, but I don't tend to let them stay out the whole day on school days).

survive. there is no schedule. while the children sleep the parents get done as much as possible. i.e. cleanning the apartment as well as themselves; eating their meals, or skilling. because once the toddlers are awake, it's feeding, bathing, play, and skill time for them. i don't play according to a clock

Don't have time for a routine, sadly. When they need something, they need it immediately, so I can't just say "hmm, it's 10AM. I planned to feed the kid at 1PM. Let's wait a few hours."

Toddler wakes up at 5:45ish am, because he hears his dad fixing up breakfast. so he climbs out of bed, stumbles down the stairs, and peeks in the kitchen.
Dad spots him, and brings him into the living room, and turns on the tv for him. watches Tv for 30 minutes to an hour, while breakfast is cooking, and dad is preparing for work.
breakfast is ready at 7:15am mom wakes up and joins son and husband for breakfast, the daughter child is woken at 6:15 am and she's in the shower and getting dressed, and comes down to eat as everyone finishes.
clean up dad heads to work, daughter off to school.

toddler: Play and venture the house is always the mission of the day.
mom goes out to water the plants, just watches son. cleans a section of the house, fixes lunch and all that.

3:00pm-5:00 daughter and Father come home from school and work.
dinner is made, ready at 5:30pm
mom heads out to work at her night Job after dinner as an entertainer at The Golden Boar (She's a Singer/Showgirl).
daughter does homework, usually finishes by 5:15
showers/bath time at 7:00pm
chill hangout, play, and by 8:00-9:00 son and Daughter are put to sleep. and dad does Police work, till 11:00 and goes to sleep at 12:00 because Mom comes home at 12:00 and woohoo, sleep.

That's what I'm doing right now, is surviving, with 8 in my household, 2 children, 1 toddler 2 teens, 3 adults, it's chaos but challenging and there's no routine! yep, interesting Sim play! :smiley:
