[AA] Looking at set outfit crashes game

Veedock​ Please try this particular test: 

1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
2. Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
3. Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

If that works, start putting old content back:

1. Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
2. Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.

Let me know if this has been enough to clear the issues. If that works, try putting UI Cheats and the current public version of MCCC in. 

I'm working on it, but repairing the game was not an option, so I've had to download the whole game again. Also, I was using newest version of both mods when I was having this problem and it was still happening when my mods weren't enabled but I'm still working on the downloads and I will let you know

I have made a whole new Sims 4, redownloaded everything, no mods, no old saves, new game, randomised sim, loaded her into a lot, planned kids Outdoor Kids Camp, go to roles, click male custom role outfit on Camp Counselor, click to cold weather. It crashed. The same thing happened.

Veedock​ Why was repairing the game not an option? 

luthienrising​ Sims 4 had completly left my EA app, I could see how to repair Sims 3 for example, but Sims 4 I could only download.

It might be because I'm on a Steam Deck rather than an actual pc. I don't know if that makes a difference but there are many more steps to get from desktop to my EA files.

Would there be any difference between repairing and a whole new download?
