After aging up teen sim won't go to Highschool.

My sim aged up into a teen and the only thing available to him is to get a job. He is able to have a teen aspiration but he can't attend Highschool.

    @TheKmorl Are you using mods/cc in your game and if so, does it work without them ?

    Do you have the highschool year pack ?
