I been searching for different functional loft beds I was hoping to find beds which can be placed separately. I need a top bed which would allow other furniture to be place underneath. The few I have seen online look cute but I cannot find the actual download link and leads to a munch of pop ups and ads. I found the MTS download and I am about to try it out. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any other?

There's some on The Sims Resource... I have some for kids that are functional! Just search for "bunk bed."

I'm using the same one, fingers crossed it seems to be working absolutely fine (without a ladder animation). I've managed to squish 6 sims in a 62 tile house (I got the toddler/pet tub shower- 1 tile too and it's saving so much space!).
