Admittedly, I suck with realistic stuff but, I think Kijiko is the best and if I ever go that way, I would use them. Check out their 3D lashes too!
Also, look here at Lana's custom finds. A great reference for skins! This is just the men's link. The first skin is super nice (I can't mention the designer due to TOS on his site, but this just links straight to the one item) o:)
