@Jazzy92211 @kaitem25 You will get that green notice when placing any item in your game that used MOO, at all, when it was built. That notice does not indicate that MOO has been enabled and is now enabled in your game or lot, but rather that everything that was placed in the lot will stick where placed, as it you had enabled MOO in order to place your lot. The notice is also trying to let you know that because items were placed using MOO, there is a chance that issues will be present if they were not properly play-tested to make sure all areas are useable, etc., after using MOO to place things. Also, certain debug items placed by a builder may be removed when placed because they were not items that will remain on a lot. For instance, some items in debug are part of an animation for a task, such as cooking, and some of those will not remain if you placed them from debug. Any items that are from a pack you don't own will also be removed.
Testing cheats does not need to be enabled to use MOO. It is a separate thing. There are directions with screenshots at this page on enabling MOO, enlarging, raising and lowering, alt-placing objects, rotating, etc., if you find that helpful.
Move objects will need to be re-enabled when you enter or leave a lot. In the cheats panel you enter bb.moveobjects OR bb.moveobjects on then press enter to turn it on, and you should see a message below that states "Move Objects cheat is ON". If you then enter bb.moveobjects (for a second time) OR bb.moveobjects off then press enter, you should see a message below that states "Move Objects cheat is OFF".
That is exactly what I did. I went into the world, put bb.moveobjects on and it said it was enabled, but when I put down the plot, it said that bb cheats weren't on and when I checked out the plot, many things were missing. I have no idea what to do. Please help!!!

If your game is fully updated, there was a game update not long ago that made it unnecessary to enable MOO in order to have things placed with MOO in a build stay in place when you place the home in a lot. (Please see comment #13).
How to update your game:
Spoiler• open Origin
• click ‘Game Library’
• right-click Sims 4 > Update GamePlease note that any item that is from a pack you do not own will be deleted when the lot is placed. Also, if you are downloading a lot with Custom Content and you do not own that custom content those items will be deleted when placed.
Did try a game repair?:
SpoilerHow to run a game repair:
• Open Origin, click ‘Game Library’ then right-click Sims 4 > Repair Game
• Let it run until it has completed all repairs. It will do the base game first, then run through each of your DLCs (Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs and Kits). If you have gone through the steps above and the issue persists, please try in a new game save and see if this makes a difference. Are these lots you are getting from the gallery, or does this happen with all lots you place? Did you try placing from the Maxis lots that came with your packs and should be found in your library?
