Hi, I can't pay my utility bills. I tried restarting the game, repairing the game in the EA app. I use the mods but it doesn't work even if I have my own content turned off.

Here's instructions on how to properly test with no mods: vanilla testing.
in the end it helped to move to an empty lot without a mailbox and then the bills went to pay.
