cc won’t show up in filters but on sim

so this happened with my other child sim but these undershirt cc tops (they’re in the accessory category) won’t seem to show up anywhere, it’s clearly on my sim and i know it’s custom content because i remember using it but it won’t show up on any of the tags and i can’t remove it from the sim. i’ve updated more columns, my game is updated and i have no broken mods.
