Birthdays moving - male and baby sims

Issue: the birthday moves on the calendar. It changes day. The aging bar for my first sim kept saying '7 days' until aged up, on short lifespan, medium and long lifespan. On that game I had no mods. After the issue came up (and unrelated to it) I installed the MCCC command mod and a mod by LittleMsSam about not checking toddlers/infants. Those are all my current mods. I have all the packs etc except Batuu.

I have two sim games this is happening to and I haven't tried to start any other sim games. The first sim game, the sim in question is a teenage werewolf. The second sim game, the sims are two twin babies.

This issue cropped up on Sunday 11th.

I haven't tried to age the sims up with cake/age up options yet. I do have aging enabled on game options and I always shut down and restart my computer between sessions. It's just annoying to deal with. I haven't noticed any other issues yet.
