Blacklist a certain action for active household only - possible?

I'm using McTuner to blacklist interactions, but realized that it is an all or nothing deal. What I want is a means to prevent only in-household sims from performing specific interactions, while all other sims in the world can still do it. Is this possible at all?

My problem is this:
I play Batuu in rotation, and three households contain First Order members that I all recruited into the organisation via the ingame interaction. Now they regularly drop whatever they are doing to stand around with a blaster, what is cute when they are unplayed, but disruptive when they are the active household. I already play with Free Will off, but this still gets pushed on my sims. If I blacklist this behaviour (it seems to be "Batuu_Stormtrooper_CreateandCarry_Blaster"), I'm afraid the Batuu npcs will stop doing it, too. So I need a means to only stop my played sims doing this.
  • With MCCC you should be able to tune the specific sim's autonomous behavior with an object (such as the blaster). This should prevent that particular sim from performing the action but not anyone else. Click on a sim and MCCC and activate tuner - then click on the object (the blaster) and MCCC tuning (or something like that). Then you can decide which interactions are autonomous and not for that sim and that object.
  • The good news is that two of the affected households "calmed down" and don't show the strange blaster behaviour anymore. The third household has many Batuu objects (including debug ones) on it, so there may be some interaction that cause the blaster spawning.

On the downside, I still don't get the autonomy per sim to work in McTuner. I clicked on Chris, then the MC menu on him, then McTuner->Activate autonomy scan and then a shower. Took away all shower actions. However, that also prevented his wife from showering. I then activated autonomy scan for Susan, clicked on the shower, allowed shower autonomy for her - bamm, it was also allowed for Chris again.
So it's still an all or nothing deal for my sims. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
