Blank screen when loading the new neighbourhood to move in

This is what happens when I go to load into the new Lovestruck expansion neighbourhood. I get this white screen and it just hangs. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

      It would seem that all the tmex mods need a critical update. Thanks for the suggestion, it fixed the problem.
