I'm also having this issue. I've checked my UI Cheats from TMex, but removing it doesn't fix the problem. The last time I had this problem, it was the UI Cheats. To my knowledge, he has updated it for the most recent update, but I still don't know what is causing it. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon, or someone posts a solution.
