You still should be able to batch fix using Candy Apple, you don't use the CC button, am on site now, it looks like there are 3 buttons on the upper left corner, when you click on them do you see anything that says "tools"? if so click on that and you should get a drop-down menu, look for batch fixes click on that and you should see all of the different batch fixes for the game, find the one for C&D's you should see a list of each cc category (beds, sofa, cas) which means you will need to run a batch fix for each category on the list.
A tip: batch fix will go through all of your mods and could take a while if you have a lot of cc, I have my buy cc organized by room so when I run a batch fix for beds I will pull all other folders out of my game and only leave my bedroom folder in, doing it this way is just easier for me and doesn't take a long time to batch fix just the beds, when it is done, I pull that folder out and put the next one in.
