Broken mods?

So, since the last update I've had a couple of issues. I had a household with a corrupt relationship. Eventually managed to fix it with MCCC (after some research I noticed about 6 years ago people had the same issue). The problem is, since then, more issues. And before I continue, yes all my mods are up to date. I only use lumpinous, WW and MCCC. 

First, after I fixed the corrupt relationship household, I used MCCC to reestablish the relationships in the household, and this is where I encountered my first problem. For some reason, even though the parents were spouses, one of the kids was set as a grandkid, and it could not be changed in any way. I deleted and remade the relationships 10+ times and it stayed the same everytime. The moment I would set the relationship between the parents as spouses, one of the kids instantly was set as either household member, or grandkid. 

Eventually, after a while I kinda gave up and just left the problem kid to be set as a step-daughter (i don't even know how that happened, do not ask me), but since then I've been constantly receiving alerts from MCCC and WW . All sorts of errors that I cannot fix. They are very vague, and do not provide any sort of fix. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mods, made sure everything was up to date, but the moment I try to fix the relationships in the previously corrupt household, everything goes down.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is the game just tweaking? Does EA have any plans of fixing it? Frankly, after so many years of this game being out, bugs like these constantly repeating themselves every couple of years is just sad.
