do you have any UI mods like More Columns In CAS, Better Build Buy, TOOL, More Traits in CAS, or UI cheats?
@simlacy Usually this is broken/outdated mods. Start at the pinned topic: Broken/Updated Mods & CC A new one is pinned when the game version updates (so, at 1.109, whenever that will be). There's info in How to Use Mods and CC about managing your mods at game update time.
