My question is: are there other Risky Woohoo mods out there that are either updated already or being worked on to be compatible with this newest patch? I'd done a Google search and kept getting pointed back to Sensical's mod.

Not a 100% here, but I am almost certain with the MC Command mod you can add a chance for risky woohoo if you have the woohoo module, too. I have both the MC Command and the woohoo module with it, but I haven't toyed with it in a few weeks, but I'm about 98% sure you can do Risky Woohoo with them.
