Broken/Updated Mods: Python/Terrain Update + Get Famous, Nov. ’18

@ZoZo0513 So far what we know about hair is that it seems that alpha hair is broken, and that Maxis Match hair is fussy. We'll keep updating here as we sort more out!

@citysimmer If they mod they speak to is updated, they'll still work. For MCCC, keep your cfg files when you update. For other mods, check that creator's instructions.

@carlymichelle As expected! If you check your Mods folder, you'll find that one includes a .ts4script file - it's a script mod. They'll need updating.
